Vincent Kozlovsky was born in Lublin, Poland. He is a pupil of maestro Paweł Przytocki. He studied conducting with him in Academy of Music in Cracow when he studied also Composition and Accordion. Vincent is a Lucerne Festival Academy 2017 Alumni where he was appointed Fellow Conductor to work with such artist as Patricia Kopatchinskaja ,Wolfgang Rihm, Matthias Pintscher, Heinz Holliger, Michel van der Aa. He conducted Lucerne Festival Alumni Ensemble and Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra in Lucerne Culture and Congress Ceter playing pieces by Claude Debussy, Charlesa Koechlin, Bela Bartok, Gyorgy Ligeti, deok-Vin Lee and Elias Jurgschat.
In march 2017 Vincent stepped in a short notice to conduct a brisk performance of „Transitions” spectacle in Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin - Igor Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring and The Wedding with Kwadrofonik&Guests, Chamber Choir Gloria, Joanna Freszel, Agnieszka Jadwiga Grochala, Dionizy Wincenty Płaczkowski and Robert Gierlach, choreography by Jacek Luminsky. Spectacle was warmly welcomed by public and appreciated by whole artistic community. „[Conducting „The Rite of Spring” by heart] Kozłowski managed to recreate intricately designet structure and at the same time project subconsious, internal primal energy wich has a little to do with intelectual reception.”
Vincent is semi-finalist of First International Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy Competition in Thessaloniki. He attended numerous masterclasses with tutors such as Collin Metters, Paweł Przytocki, Jacek Kaspszyk, Gabriel Chmura, Stanisław Krawczyński, Rafał Delekta. He learned conducting from Maciej Tworek, Krzysztof Penderecki, Peter Lukas-Graf. He assisted Gabriel Chmira (Mozart), Ludwik Wicki (Film music), and Andreas Spering (Wagner – Das Rheingold).
He's repertoire variets from concert through oratorio to opera, from baroque through romanticism to contemporary prapremieres. He's actively participating in educational programmes for children and teenagers and in charity. Founder and leader of Lutosławski Orchestra Moderna – an ensemble specialised in contemporary music. They have had their celebrated debut at International Festival of Contemporary Music „Warsaw Autumn” (2014).

Vincent compose chamber, orchestral, electronic, theater and performace music. Founded and leads Science Club of Conductors in Academy of Music in Cracow and cooperating with Science Club of Composers. He organised several dozen of concerts with contemporary music promoting polish composers, specially of younger generation. He learns amateurly how to play french horn, double bass and all other orchestral instruments.
